What is your return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, We have a 30 day returns policy, however we can also resize your piece to ensure that it fits you perfectly. Find out more here
What's the wait time for my order?
Silver rings, Earrings, Pendants and Cuffs : 1- 4 weeks
Bracelets & Chains: 1- 2 weeks
Gold pieces (including Bezel Rings): 3-6 weeks
When will I get my order?
We make everything to order, check out our wait times to see the rough estimate, feel free to drop us a call (07939 895458) for an update on your order and we'll be able to let you know.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are handmade and designed all in-house in our East London workshop.
How do I start the process of a bespoke piece?
We love making bespoke pieces and working with you on this. To start the process reach out to us on our Bespoke form here.
Do you resize pieces that aren't Frederick Grove?
We sadly only resize our own pieces here at Frederick Grove.
