What is your return policy? 

We pride ourselves in satisfying our customers, we accept returns of all stock pieces within 30 days (Currently extended to 3 months), providing they have not been worn or damaged. 

We do not accept returns on custom pieces. If you have any questions, please contact info@frederickgrove.com 

As our gold pieces are made to order, unfortunately we can not refund any deposits. 


Do you offer resizes and repairs?

Yes, we are always happy to resize and repair our jewellery.

We offer one free resize for each item only to the expense of the return postage.       

Any additional resizes will cost £20

How to care for your piece?

All our jewellery is made from solid Sterling Silver and or Golds so will not lose its colour over time, however statistics say 2-3% of people have skin chemistry that causes sterling silver alloys to turn their skin green, black, or grey.

If you are one of these unfortunate souls, simply clean the ring every day with a silver polishing cloth . After about a week or two, the reaction should stop occurring.


Please note as the UK as left the EU from 2020, any import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
