Ring Resizing
Whether you’ve ordered a ring that needs fine-tuning or found the fit isn’t quite perfect, we’ve got you covered.

Visit our London showroom to drop off your ring for a seamless adjustment.

Prefer postal service? No problem, send it to us and we’ll take care of the rest.

Resizing is free within the first 3 months (excludes return postage). After 3 months, there’s a fee of £20 (some stone-set rings may incur a different charge).
Returning Your Order
Changed your mind or need a refund?
We have a 30 day return policy (30 days from receiving your order.
Here’s how it works:

Download and print the return slip.

Fill it out and place it inside your parcel.

Send your ring via first-class signed for to:

Keep your tracking receipt, we’ll ask for it to confirm arrival.

Once we have your item, we’ll refund you via your original payment method.
Note: We cover the resizing service cost, but return postage is your responsibility (£7.50 in most cases).
Custom jewellery or worn items cannot be refunded.
