We believe your jewellery should wrap you like a second skin. That’s why we offer professional resizing and a hassle-free returns process to make sure your piece is just right.

Ring Resizing

Whether you’ve ordered a ring that needs fine-tuning or found the fit isn’t quite perfect, we’ve got you covered.

  • Visit our London showroom to drop off your ring for a seamless adjustment.

  • Prefer postal service? No problem, send it to us and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Resizing is free within the first 3 months (excludes return postage). After 3 months, there’s a fee of £20 (some stone-set rings may incur a different charge).

Returning Your Order

Changed your mind or need a refund?

We have a 30 day return policy (30 days from receiving your order. 

 Here’s how it works:

  1. Download and print the return slip.

  2. Fill it out and place it inside your parcel.

  3. Send your ring via first-class signed for to:

    Frederick Grove
    15 Club Row
    London E2 7EY

  4. Keep your tracking receipt, we’ll ask for it to confirm arrival.

  5. Once we have your item, we’ll refund you via your original payment method.

Note: We cover the resizing service cost, but return postage is your responsibility (£7.50 in most cases).
Custom jewellery or worn items cannot be refunded.

Timeframes & Conditions

  • Returns must be made within 30 days from receiving your order.

  • After the 3-month window, a £20 fee applies (stone-set rings may differ).

  • Custom-made items & pieces worn outside of show-rooms are excluded from returns.
